他这个办法省的只是不用压缩tensioner,把新带推进去挤开旧带时会伤害新带,而且空间也得夠大才行。
又不伤带又简单的换法是对正了camshaft pulleys 之后画下对应的旧带位置,拆下旧带,把记号copy 到新带上,装新带,对正记号,释放 tensioner,done.
再过3万迈我的Camry V6又得换timing belt了,这次得换water pump 了,上次都没换。
我绝不会用新带去挤旧带,timing belt 容不得丝毫损伤。
而且有的water pump的Pully外侧面是有lip的,皮带要跨过去才能装上pulley 的,很怀疑他那办法能行。
明白了crank 和 cam 之间的关系,正时皮带定位很容易的。
就知道不完全松开tensioner都不能跨过water pump pulley那道坎,绝对不是能像他说的能"滑"进去的,能"滑"进去一转两圈立马就给你滑出耒。
装上后皮带任意对应两点间的齿数一定要一样。
