昨天出去12天后回家发现管楼上的空调的风扇不会停转了，即使室内温度已经低于设定的温度

 

半夜嫌吵，把闸给拉了。早上楼上温度已经很低，闸合上，风扇继续转，不打冷气而已。昨天下午到家楼上85华氏，也是我设定的温度，说明控制空调的功能是好的。但是控制不了风扇。Fan is on Auto.

有人遇到过这种情况吗？

 

设到Off, 能停止么？

换thermostat 上的电池，不行，再换新的thermostat。

Fan only have auto and on , no off.

take out battery or take off thermostat it should stop, otherwis

system 放到off ， 风扇还是转。

昨天online order 了 一个 nest thermostat，还不一定是这个原因。

叫AC修理公司来查看下, 可能外面compressor上有啥元件失灵.

继电器触点粘住了

更新一下。来估值（换暖气）的人居然测出是transformer坏了，立即换了这个部件，要了$100。

谢谢更新。变压器坏的话温控器应当不工作，不过100刀很便宜了。
