2012展望:2) 2011年增持了出租物业,增加了贷款,租金净收益也增加。评估的房产增值大概是5-10%。
3) 投资帐号价值减少主要是由于投资亏损和增持房产的首付。
1) BUSINESS 头一年开张就取得了不错的成绩,争取在2012年净收益翻番;
2) 争取出租净收益在2012年翻番;
3) 争取新的一年股市收益超过加拿大TSX指数一倍。
