基本做到房价租金比100:1 2012年规划: 买一栋SFM出租,已经进入escrow 买一栋vacation home, 投资的目的最终还是改善生活品质 祝大家在新的一年里万事如意!

Not in LA. In Inland Empire Area. 

We are in a medical society and government area. Most of my tenants are nurses, medical residents and county government employees. Lot of people do not like Inland area; but I think this might be one of a handful places in California where you could have positive cash flow.
