裙子妹今天贴了水仙花和郁金香的花蕾。这两种我家都有。每年这个时候，三月中旬，雪快化完了，后院还有些残雪，第一批花儿就披着冰晶出现了。在阳光下，从冰雪中静静地钻出来，都比较矮小，但都晶莹剔透。所以要每天一大早就去看。也许过几天，还会再下点雪，叫做Baby snow.
最早的是雪花莲(Snowdrops)和各种藏红花(Crocus)。然后是各种颜色的风信子(hyacinth)，而紫色的葡萄风信子(Grape Hyacinth)尤其典雅。过几天，水仙(Daffodil)就窜上去了。至于郁金香(Tulip)，那要到四月底，五月初。其实每年秋天种的时候有个窍门，每隔一星期种下一批，分几次错开，这样，来年开春，每个星期都有新的郁金香开出。长达一个多月。郁金香开完就立夏了，芍药就接着盛开。红五月开始了。

“雪花莲和水仙”，其实是一首经典的爱情歌曲。曲调极其优美，柔情无限，回肠荡气。我非常喜欢，而且是我们的爱情歌曲之一。当初在油管子出来时，是2006年。我们正在热恋，到了一日不见如三秋，一餐不见魂丢丢 的地步。当初的版本是Sinead和Terry唱的。尤其女歌手Sinead，我当时觉得她真瘦，歌喉真迷人，表情真俏皮。我们俩就一起在狭小的出租屋里稀里哗啦地唱。隔壁的大姐嘻嘻地笑，这两孩子。不知不觉地，我也模仿了很多她的鬼脸表情，目的就是要把男友迷倒。后来果然他就求婚了。
我对他说，以后我们家里，一定要种上满园的雪花莲和水仙花。

水仙拉丁名字叫Narcissus，希腊神话那基索斯是个美男子，常常站在水边顾影自怜，最后变成了水仙花。所以水仙是男的，呵呵。
本来都是石蒜科的，不过是有毒的。以前英国超市水仙和菜放一起买，真有人买回家当菜了。现在规定不能放菜那边卖了。
