如果描述做一件事“

he would have done somthing,

he did something

He would do something

这3个描述有什么区别？

1&3 are in the subjunctive mood. 虚拟语态。

They are about 'unreal' situations: things which are possible, desirable, or imaginary.

agreed!! a bit more：

he did something = 他做过的事儿
He would do something = 他（以后）或许会做的事儿，（还）没有做（呢）
He would have done somthing = 他过去可能会做的事儿，但没发生过。

虚拟语气，1跟过去时，if he knew,he would have done sth.3.可能跟现在时态一起用

如果用的是虚拟语气，比如例子1，实际上是没有做。这样理解对吗

是的，这就是所谓的虚拟。我们常说的I could have done better，理解上可以加上I wish
