If you say 'It's now or never', you mean that something must be done immediately, because if it is not done immediately there will not be another chance to do it.

 

Tuesday this week Toronto area was hit by a major rain storm, some area received 120mm's rain fall in few hours. After water ran through basements, owners ask who will cover the cost , Trucker drives through flooded road ... ... The situation is claimed as Now or never

From large scale environmentalists have been urging the climate is at its tipping point, if not act immediately, irreversible climate disaster is on its way, it's now or never...

我应该看过，视频证明猫是半驯化动物，很多家猫重新野化，生活得很好，那里必定有个生态系统，有个发现

动物的成熟期很早，繁殖很快，换代很快。但那里野猫的寿命也比家猫短很多。研究人员分析它们不得癌症的原因是因为寿命不够长，来不及得癌症，寿命就结束了。看来动物对环净的适应是很快的。野猫并不是顶级掠食者，还有从自然界进来的狼与熊。

we need  buy an inflatable boat just in case it happens again in the future. 

One of our neighbours who lived here long time ago said something similiar happend 20 years ago.

The big streets nearly got  flooded. the city digged a huge hole an an empty place to used as a reservoir.

Maybe because of this, the streets in our areas not got flooded this time. But a section of the trail nearly got glooded.
