Sweet Zongzi

When I was young, my Mom made Zongzi each year for Dragon Boat Festival. I never got change to learn from her, but the memory of reed leaves floating inside the wooden basin and the back of her sitting by the basin stay with me forever.

About 20 or 25 years ago, self-taught, I started to make Zongzi each year myself, and there is no exception for this year. 

Just made a few this morning, not very good looking but they are solid and should taste good :-).

Sorry, but it's easy to make 1 without jujubes ;-)

Yummy!有型!哈哈,我早早从temu上买了包粽子工具,上周日我第一次包了甜粽子,大获成功!这周我争取包肉粽子:)

这五花大绑的粽子,哈哈,我自己没单独包过跟我爸凑热闹,只在中间绑一道,而且用的是剖开的芦苇叶

那会不会被煮开?你也去买这个工具,输入“包粽子工具“,好几个选择呢。粽子叶的香味真是让粽子好香!

只有生的时候怕包不好,粽子用江米,煮了变黏了,开不了
