APAD：Never say mean words out of anger. Happy Easter！

Just saw this proverb. Very nice. It is really helpful for emotional control.

“Never say mean words out of anger. Your anger will pass. But your mean words can scar a person for life. So use kind words or be silent.”

我一直觉得读书多的人表达能力强，修养好。修养不够的人，不会表达，就容易说mean words～

更准确一点是 good upbringing，指在家庭里从小养成的道德水准。详细定义：

“教养，表现在行为方式中的道德修养状况。是社会影响、家庭教育、学校教育、个人修养的结果，尤指在家庭中从小养成的行为的道德水准。 礼貌是指言语动作谦虚恭敬的表现；教养一般是指文化和品德的修养。”
