Know your breads, pasta and Italian cold cuts

I've always loved Italian cuisine, so pasta  cold cuts and bread are my favorites. 

Love Pancetta, Prosciutto and  pepperoni.

 

 

巧了，冰箱里还有一些Italian cold cuts。我还挺喜欢Italian style food

Croissant 是吃膩了。现在一看见，就头大。Pumpernickel 感觉咬不动，是要配初榨橄榄油一起吃吗？

我吃任何面包都喜欢蘸橄榄油和balsamic vinegar

跟着大师学美食的讲究。回头去买balsamic vinegar。面包种类有什么推荐吗？

喜欢baguette, ciabata, sour dough.

好。回头也去一个个尝试。就是配橄榄油和醋素吃吗？
