“美国政府本来就没钱了，一下子拿出80亿的资助”你有一个基本的理解错误。美国的援助并不是从银行里取出80亿转到以色列账上，而是以武器援助的方式进行的，换句话说，这笔钱最终进了美国国防工业的腰包，创造了更多的工作机会和利润。其中一部分又会以纳税的形式被政府收回。如果没有战争，这笔钱本身可能用于教育，修路等等方面，现在不过是把花钱的领域转变一下，但是bottom line是，从国家的层面上看，都是花在了美国人民身上。
任何武器的生产也需要资金，美国军工企业的资金来自国防预算，国防预算来自税收，钱用在这就不能用在那，钱用在飞机大炮上的，就不能用在国内筑路或医疗或社会福利，美国的预算和国防预算也不是无限制地使用，武器装备极为昂贵，真正受益的工作机会数字很小。总不能说为了让洛马工厂的工人有活干因此美国空军再订购500架F-22吧？
