Matthew 25:29 (KJV): For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall

have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which

he hath.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"The Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell first impressed me with this saying. A

Canadian pastor explained it well but his sermon did not sink in, and I had

since questioned the Lord's fairness.

Recently, I read Eckhart Tolle who says that the one who 'hath' realizes that as

part of God/universe/conciousness, he has already much more than he could dream

of. To hath is to live out of this faith/conviction/understanding and to be able

to give freely. To 'have abundance' is the natural outcome of this lifestyle.

The bloke who dares to think himself poor is damned! :-)

Jewish outliers?

becoming overwhelmed by a multitude of conflicting thoughts or feelings and expressing a state of confusion or emotional turbulence is the only way to grow. Congrats.
