Matthew 25:29 (KJV): For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall
have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which
he hath.

"The Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell first impressed me with this saying. A
Canadian pastor explained it well but his sermon did not sink in, and I had
since questioned the Lord's fairness.
Recently, I read Eckhart Tolle who says that the one who 'hath' realizes that as
part of God/universe/conciousness, he has already much more than he could dream
of. To hath is to live out of this faith/conviction/understanding and to be able
to give freely. To 'have abundance' is the natural outcome of this lifestyle.

【太廿五29】「因為凡有的，還要加給他，叫他有餘；沒有的，連他所有的，也要奪過來。」
﹝靈意註解﹞今天在教會時代裏，凡忠心運用恩賜而增加恩賜的(「凡有的」)，將來在國度時代裏，還要得著更多的恩賜(「叫他有餘」)；但若在今天埋沒恩賜，以至於閒懶不結果子的(「沒有的」)，連他今天所僅有的一點點恩賜，將來都要被『剝奪』淨盡。這個原則也適用於今天的事奉工作：你越有，主越要加給你；甚麼時候你一停止進步，連已往所得的，也要被奪回。
﹝話中之光﹞(一)愛心等屬靈的恩賜，越使用就會越增長；越不愛人，愛心就越減少。
(二)「因為凡有的，還要加給他」：這話說出豐滿的原則：我們若不扣住豐富的基督，樂意供應給別人，結果卻叫自己更加豐富。
(三)主再來時，不單是消極的審判人，刑罰人；更是積極的恩待人，祝福人。
