i had one and argues there was no "no-parking" sign on downtown street part where i parked, even though there is one down the street( like 3-4 cars distance).
the court replied that i was right. so ticket cancelled.( they set up a new sign later when i passed it long time after)
坐标波士顿。晚上6点多钟， 停车在一个街旁。路边有一个sign，sign上边指示： 路上段是no parking, 但是这段路停满了车子。sign下边有个残疾人标记，表明这个sign下面车位应该是残疾人停车位，我在残疾人停车位后面停车， 路上白色框上没有残疾人停车的轮椅标记。一个小时后回来，有个ticket 在我车上。
我的问题，我能否dispute我的罚单： 虽说路一段有no parking sign, 但是也没有车子有ticket, 我这段路上也没有残疾人停车的轮椅标记。 晚上6点已过。 外地车子， 人已经回到本州。
