Fujifilm award for innovation – Central Park The image is part of my ongoing project called ‘Foodtopia’, a miniature world created with food items Photograph: Yuliy Vasilev/Food Photographer of the Year 2022糖馓 又名团馓。多于秋后制作。取糯米蒸熟，压成薄薄的圆饼，绘上字样。置于火中烘干或晒干。其食用方法有二：一是油炸。将糖馓置于茶油锅中酥炸，使之膨胀。既可干吃，亦可加蜂糖冲开水吃；二是烹煮。将糖馓放入锅中，加水煮熟，再放上油、煎鸡蛋、胡椒粉等，是妇女生小孩后的营养饮食。
