I am just suspecious that the lawyers on two sides actually work together to get the minimum money you requested. Probably it does not worth the time/efforts for him to represent you to go to the court.
in this case, i just speculate. In the point of the lawyer,
finishing the case and obtainin $15k quickly is his best result, and may also be the best result for the client. So maybe in another case similar to this, the client may insist to get more for the bottom line, and the lawyer may fight harder. Just talking about possiblities.
今年初我曾发帖咨询法律建议。事情是关于我在ＨＤ被堆货的木栈板中劈出来的一节木头绊倒的，导致左膝盖骨裂。前后三个多月才恢复正常走路。事故发生后，ＨＤ主动打电话了解详情，电话录音。我根据律师的建议，在痊愈之前完全不提赔偿。三个多月后，ＨＤ打电话建议和解，赔偿我３千，后又涨到５千，被我一口拒绝。今天ＨＤ的律师和我的律师以及一个第三方调停律师一起视频会议，我方开价7.5万，经过几番讨价还价，最后赔偿我将近４万。虽然我对结果也并不满意，但是总算结束了这段纠纷，拿到一点小小的补偿，也第一次见识了律师之间斗智斗勇的过程。听着律师之间的对话，其实都是常理之中的，但是咱是门外汉，只能找律师摆平。
我的律师一开始就陈述了7.5万的计算理由，包括医疗费用几千，工资收入和suffering赔偿等。其中工资收入的计算以及赔偿部分双方有分歧。双边律师分别单独向中间调解的律师陈述各自理由和金额诉求。我方从7.5万分别降至６万、5.5万、4.5万；对方律师从１万开始，逐步加到1.5、2.5、3.5。最后双方同意3.75万和解。
我的律师在开会之前和我说过，如果赔偿金额达不到我的期望，就上庭打官司。他每次出价之前都会和我单独沟通商量。我基本上都听律师的，但是给了他一个底线，如果连诉求的一半都达不到就打官司。我看律师就是按这这个节奏达成的。他们我看也不希望打官司，我也不想为这点钱费精力。

There are good laywers, bad lawyers and average lawyers. And there are good clients, bad clients, and average clients.
Bad lawyers can't find good clients. And Bad clients can't find good lawyers.
Just keep that in mind.

我不知道你的伤害，收入损失等具体信息，所以不好说最后结果是高还是低。
但是纯粹从谈判角度来说，你一开始给了1／2的底线。这样你的律师在谈判的时候退路太多。因为虽然你的律师给你尽心工作，有了你的底线换成谁都会偷一点懒。你应该aggressive一点，说你不知道，到时候再问你。最后就像和摆摊的人讨价还价一样，一只脚都走出门了最后达成交易。让所有人都猜不到你的底线。
因为算工伤，也是全报，没想到大楼雇主听说了，赔了3000刀，也不知道怎么跟他们扯上了。愿意给谁拒绝？只是受了伤还是难受滴
伤害赔偿主要是医疗费用以外的赔偿，包括pain & suffering和 lost income.
