the patient said，“ Why do you talk so loudly？ Why are you yelling at me？”

Intern：“As I wear 2 masks， I wanna make sure you could hear me

clearly.” 然后病人就不说什么了：）

原来还是病毒做的怪

不是，别的病人都没抱怨，只有这个病人抱怨。实习生的回答出于为病人考虑的角度，所以，这个病人就不再抱怨了。
