这句话的中文原文是个病句，英文译文跟中文也不对应

作者可能是先把英文译成中文，供人翻译。可惜翻得不恰当。句中as并不表示原因，而是while or when的意思。试译：当拜登在密执根和威斯康星州小幅领先之时，几个关键州的选票统计工作仍在进行中。
