今天去看一个本地Custom Building（35年）公司在一个好区造的房子。
开价150万。
正在建造中。 Wood Framing打好了，外墙好像是Hardie Plank，内墙是刨花板（说句难听话，中国人做鸡窝都看不上这个材料），因为还没有装绝缘体，所以看得很清楚。
不到3000尺。 地下室不Finish，如果Finish，需要12万。室外如果做一个Patio，也要上万。
地下室里管道还没有封住，所以看到。承重的几根柱子，很细，好像也不是钢材。
走出来，嗓子就不舒服。
现在造的房子都这么廉价？还是我碰到了不良建商。
加州房子材料不怎么样，也不影响价格上涨
