Closed end funds generally have high fees and are not worth bothering with. They are sold to suckers by brokers who make money on the sale. They are structured as closed end funds just to ensure the manager a permanent stream of management fees.
所以我还是想办法先推推自己再说。
市场不大，买卖时的价格不是价值决定，而是当时的市场（供需）决定。如果有大笔闲钱，又有卖家急着卖出，以低于fair value的价格买下了，是好的投资。
