做过的都知道，billions数据级的数据库relationships极其复杂，有可能某一个不关键的flag没有及时更新。
关键是会不会造成transaction出错（比如冒领社安金）！
一龙为什么不直接说多少人冒领、国库损失了多少钱？
update和fix 都是一层一层叠加上去的，牵一发而动全身，所有不可能大改和升级。想重新建一个database花费几乎是天价。那些所谓的300岁的人实际是Cobol语言里 default date是1799/01/01（举个例子）导致的。就像SQL的default date 是1900/01/01一样
我的意思是挑数据库的毛病一点不难；一龙的做法其实是cheap shot。
