I was talking to a fidelity advisor, he suggested to consider sell my rentals to DST solutions, sort of 1031 exchange to diversify such that I can earn higher return and less headache. What do you think?
I only had one meeting with Fidelity, the problem I have is rentals in California are bad investment for income although you accumulate equity, so he suggested one way to sell all rentals to DST type of investment, you own shares of different properties and you will get a higher income (i have not found out the details), just wondering if anyone here has experiences.
