波音的问题是两个CEO之前是MBA当家,现在的败局由那个时候开始,MBA就知道玩spreadsheet,数字高于创新。737Max的决定就是MBA总裁做的,因为比开发新机型省钱。

所以出现一系列奇葩的决策,做了若干回报低的烧钱项目。有人说美国上市公司比外国强,值更高的估值,我只能摇头。
毫无疑问,没有工会,不管是现在还是过去,资本家为节省成本,什么干不出?
有了工会,资本家要考虑节约成本带来的副作用,这成本会超过预计的节约成本。
工会不是傻瓜,当然会用副作用的成本来制约资本家。
目前,由于政府的干涉,资本家单方面节约成本已经受到约束,比如最低工资法。
工会还需存在吗?还需要各行各业都需要吗?就像战争,罢工双方都会有损失。个人有自己的看法。
华人大多是打工的,但并不是讲要无条件支持工会的,除非你是工会会员。
身份决定立场。我的主张是双方见好就收,需要大智慧。
