孩子几个月前买了一间公寓,总价20万,HOA每个月320,保险和地税大概400.本来想着自住,所以我借他一部分钱全款付清。搬进去后发现楼下租客吸烟,他对味道很敏感(但看房子时完全没有闻到味道,这也是我们很奇怪的一个问题),他想卖掉。这个公寓租金大概1400。我在想要不要接手过来,但怕楼下租客会影响未来招租,即使要卖掉也有这个原因存在。请问有什么好的建议?如果我想接手会不会很麻烦?该不该接?孩子刚毕业不久,碰到这个情况很烦心,我想用最快直接的方法解决。任何意见都欢迎。

孩子和HOA说了,也遇到邻居说了味道的事,邻居也说注意点,但孩子还是觉得味道他无法忍受的,昨天放了臭氧机在一个小房间里,说空气就正常了,但过了一晚又有味道,虽然不是那么厉害但还是有。好像该做的都做了,他觉得长痛不如短痛,我是觉得还可以再试试。
