孩子几个月前买了一间公寓，总价20万，HOA每个月320，保险和地税大概400.本来想着自住，所以我借他一部分钱全款付清。搬进去后发现楼下租客吸烟，他对味道很敏感（但看房子时完全没有闻到味道，这也是我们很奇怪的一个问题），他想卖掉。这个公寓租金大概1400。我在想要不要接手过来，但怕楼下租客会影响未来招租，即使要卖掉也有这个原因存在。请问有什么好的建议？如果我想接手会不会很麻烦？该不该接？孩子刚毕业不久，碰到这个情况很烦心，我想用最快直接的方法解决。任何意见都欢迎。

孩子和HOA说了，也遇到邻居说了味道的事，邻居也说注意点，但孩子还是觉得味道他无法忍受的，昨天放了臭氧机在一个小房间里，说空气就正常了，但过了一晚又有味道，虽然不是那么厉害但还是有。好像该做的都做了，他觉得长痛不如短痛，我是觉得还可以再试试。
