而且给出一年内最高值和最低值,一目了然。
从历史上看并不高,只是从低点往上走感觉上招租就难了许多,跟地区也有关。

当然这个考验阅读能力。不要期待任何爆炸新闻,或者内部消息。知识的积累就是AI 训练,质变的基础是量变。天天花五分钟看一看,起码把每一段的开头句子看一下,知道他们说的什么。然后把结论仔细读一下,不懂的去google,慢慢地就看懂业内的术语了。
不要只看标题,要体会每一个字。像考GRE一样,看逻辑关系。

这几句话说前一段时间利率持平,现在终于落了一点,可能是几个经济因素之中的某个因素比较变弱。读了这几句话,放到你脑子里面的文件夹就好了,不要到房坛轰动地说,哎呀利率降了降了。只要知道这件事,长期看到趋势,就够了。除了COVID,战争,或者轰动性时间,跟踪利率是一个很没趣味的事情。
