My question is: can the credit report and criminal report pulled by the previous aparment staff be used for the new aparment application? Just hope to avoid unnecceary credit pulling because it may negtively impact the credit score. Thank you for any input!

You can have multiple soft-pull credit checks that won't impact your credit score.
纽约租房, 网页 listed price $3450, No (broker) Fee.
看房时是broker 带着看的 (房主的broker, 租房的人没找broker). 可填application form 时发现 rent 是 $3600 + $95 (minimum wifi/internet pacakge). 而且 security depost $6595. 这是什么情况? 为啥listed price 和实际租价不一致? 还有security deposit 怎么会这么高? 很想租这个 房子, 可是担心里面有什么trick. 恳请这里的各位地主大拿们, 给提供点意见和看法. 先谢谢了!
water,sewer, garbage fee, 所以月租会不一样,如果有宠物,每只再加$50/month,另外宠物押金 每只$300,这样月租又一样了,押金也跟广告上当然不一样了。
像 water,sewer, garbage fee 等费用,都是和rent 分开列吧?
它费用。
有的公寓HOA就是包水电,不是每户都有单独的水电账号。
当然出租方这样打广告比较贼,属有隐藏费用。
不过,任何费用在合同上必然会写清楚,这个藏不了。
