我虽不跑马打铁,但也经常跑个几迈到十几迈的。印象中就没有high过。也许是对euphoria (欣快感)有误解,跑的过程感觉是: 提不起劲,慢慢预热,有点累,累,终于搞完了。记不得有欣快感的时候。
今天刚开始也是rough start,临出门排空了膀胱,谁知跑出不久又尿意袭人,这都是咖啡惹的祸,心想大不了去趟加油站,就接着跑。路上还超了俩美女,让我有些欣快感,不过这个肯定不是runner's high。跑上一个大坡后往回跑,到4迈左右的时候有一个小坡,我突然觉的脚步轻快了一些,有种跳羚跑起来的那种腾空感,脚底像是装了弹簧一样。当时想,这大概就是runner's high吧! 差不多持续了1/4迈左右,开始上一个更大点的坡然后开始吃力。

其实,这种感觉以前还是有的,只是没当回事儿,以为runner's high要嗨的多的多。今天经历了,确认了,但愿以后常嗨多嗨久嗨。

其实就是你跑坡的时候稍多用来一点力气,回头下坡时就感觉相对轻松许多,身心感觉良好;而且因为有用力爬坡,体能被调动起来,这时体内的endorphin 等被激发起来,感觉兴奋轻快和invincible。
所以runner's high需要一定的运动时间和强度激发,我一般是在完成比较难的训练之后有这个感觉。跑完觉得今天的累和苦都值了。有时候这种感觉能持续一天,特别是马赛以后。也可能在长跑过程中短时间因为机能和能量正好协调也感受到。
当然,身体状况不佳时过度push也是不容易激发这种感觉的。这需要自己把握。
温差太大,就跑不起来了。现在每天跑15分钟,好久没跑30分钟了。
今天出去跑步,刚开始跑就觉得累,跑了一阵子感觉好一点,但是也谈不上high,再过一阵子又开始累,双腿乏力,赶紧拿出一个Gel吃一下,半迈以后就觉得双腿有力了,high了两迈,又觉得累,坚持两迈以后,再吃一个胶,又回血了两迈,坚持到跑完。 小布,为啥一个胶只管两迈?
我一直用gu,训练吃得少,有时会放过期。
