Catridge could mix hot and cold water slightly. In other words, you may still get water (cold) coming out of your hot water tab when you turned off waterline into hot water heater.

you will have to have some one to hold the tank from moving when you try to unscrew the nut.
Use shock force to lossen. The wrench is of good size and should work.
worse case get another one..
I would use a rubber hamber and tap on end of wrench to knock it loose after rust remover spray. I don't understand why she would use lubricant.
总水龙口未断水，只把热水炉冷水进水龙头关了，但炉里的水放不完～～～不知为啥我一开厨房冷水，用完关紧冷水，马上热水龙头流出差不多量的水来
