你们知道为啥在辞职退休前办heloc?

哎, 我刚才有朋友打电话问我如何规划退休的.

我不能说我不知道啊.  我们实践中也积累了经验.

我记得退休前要办一个HELOC 放在那里.

但不记得原因了. 是不是以后趁着利息低的时候取出来

用省税? 因为那不会被当作income?

我准备问AI, 但有人知道的, 能分享一下为啥

HELOC的利率是浮动的,利率偏高,期限短,一般10年;Refi出来的可以是固定或者浮动的房贷利率,期限可以是30年的。

就像你说的,HELOC不用不付利息,利息从提取的那天开始算,适合应急之用。

HELOC可以开了放在那里以备急需

不用不需付任何利息,需要就拿钱,有钱就还。

退休前开的原因,我想是因为退休后没工作了,开HELOC不是那么容易了,有收入才能借的到钱啊。

车保险买30万,然后买伞险1米,可以保车和房子的保额以外的数额。
