现先卖一condo,就省事的Email各家agent,比较%后,再电话细谈。

否则,打很多讯问电话,嘴巴会讲痛的!哈!

这Redfin似乎是如果你是卖家,得给他们1.5%,再得给买家agent2.5%到3%。

又如果你在一年里又用他们买一新condo,他们给你回扣1%。

他们是team工作,所以,随时都有人开门,让你早看房。

听起来不错,你说呢?

With Redfin, you will benefit from a 1% listing fee if you both sell your current home and purchase your next home with us within a year. If you choose to solely sell your home with us, the listing fee would be 1.5%. These rates are lower than the 2.5%-3% charged by most brokerages. Please note that there is a minimum commission requirement of $2500, and it is common for sellers to pay a commission of 2.5%-3% to the buyer's agent. 在房价高的地方,卖家付的费用太高了,希望通过竞争把费用降下来

对于房产经纪,卖贵的和卖便宜的工作量差不多,早该按房价高低统一收费
