三年前,我们买了个出租房。买后不久LP就决定把墙两侧的草皮挖掉一米多,铺上mulch,种上小树,理由是割草的会把墙皮弄破。我当时极力反对,认为下雨后雨水会四溅,把墙皮弄湿,因为墙是中空的水泥块垒成,容易受潮。可是她无论如何也不听我劝,只能随她。如果从房顶的雨水落到草地上,水就不会四处溅了。
下雨后我的墙皮约一米高一摸都是湿漉漉的,而邻居的一摸是干干的。几个星期前,里面的一个bathroom 的粘在外墙上的soap holder掉了下来,我发现墙洞里很潮湿,跟她说也不听。

还有一个可能性是外墙的朝向,邻居外墙和你的朝向是相反的,你家一侧是迎风面,下雨雨水直接拍墙面上,他的一侧正好避雨
解决方法一定是刷防水涂层+外墙漆,或者直接防水外墙漆
