最好的是你自己找到下一家，然后和房东签新租约或者sublease。
下一家和房东签新租约，你的责任都免掉。这个方案最好。
如果房东不用一，那么下一家和房东和你三方签sublease，下一家不付房租，房东还可以向你要，因为你是二房东。
