My journey officially started on April 6, 2016. After 6 months, I deadlifted 225lbs and carried 1.5 times my body weight for 48 yards. After 18 months, I deadlifted 245lbs. Then near zero training and only resumed in November 2023. Zero training for 3 months in between and resumed again in April 5, 2024. Also aged. Nevertheless, just keep ploughing through. Never give up.
