Foreclosure will hurt credit score a lot) Pay attention to title risk at foreclosure auction. Need to avoid the 2nd loan or even 3rd load foreclosing the house. In that cases, buyers would be liable for the 1st loan.

刚刚给中介打电话、 如果8号前有了买卖合同, 就不会被sheirff sale 了、 但是没有时间做房检了！ 也就是说房主不喜欢让房检、 如果真的像房主说的那样8月8日就sheriff sale 、 时间真的那么紧吗？ 还是房主只是不喜欢房检？ 不房检、 只是担心白蚁和地基, 其他的都可以看得到、 这个房子有crawl space, 这个房子的主人连卫生都不打扫、我不认为他会保养房子、 所以如果不做房检有点担心
