本地租房市场从九月-来年三四月不好租,很难说地主能有win。说实在让他们付实际损失也是不可能,(假设他们真的买了房,十月底搬走,如果我到来年三四月才把房租出去, 让他们付五个月租金那是不可能的)。比较现实,有可能的是让他们付两个月的损失,如果在他们搬走后两个月还是找不到,就自认倒霉了。
