我现在住的这townhouse有点下陷问题。两年多以前进来时就知道，也修复了的。大约是排水不当，导致房子下面的土松软，地基下陷。当时房检时说不是根本的structural problem, 只需要注射一种foam就行。进来之前就做了这个foam，之后看上去不错。半年之后又有地方有点下陷，大概是之前注射得不够。当时在保修期间，又叫他们来注射了一下，又没事了。最近（两年多）发现一间房子顶上以前修复的又开始有裂缝，不是很大吧，估计再观察一下。
据说我们这个区不止一两家有类似的问题。我想的是，townhouse是一排排的，地基问题会不会不如独立房那样严重？我的“算盘”是再过几年等房价再涨点就卖掉。
我前面一贴说有想法卖掉这个房子然后再买一个独立房。工作生活都觉得独立房更适合自己。其实这个区真的位置不错，房子也很有情调，很不一般，如果不是这个地基问题我还真会长期持有。
不知道坛子里有没有人遇到类似情况？townhouse 的地基问题会不会越来越严重？还是会因为是排房而可以拖很久都没事？当然我知道具体而言每幢楼都不一样的，那就看泛泛而言吧

我比较喜欢，不用研究土层厚薄，一劳永逸
我有个120-130 年的排屋，下沉有5-10 公分左右，但是墙体没有裂缝，因为下沉不是一下子发生的，是日积月累形成的没有那么容易塌的。 但是你心理上过不去就卖吧。 我们这只要买卖房子就要上好多税所以我不会换房。老房子的木头可真好呀。 ：）
