She quickly classified me as "high risk" applicants and changed the lease break-up fee from one month to two month. I ended up paying extra few month. I should have kept my mounth shut. lol

也就是说,实际损失风险就不大,不过,房东没人想频繁招租,想找长租住的一般不喜欢想买房的房客,是谓“高风险”。
不过,若找不到更好的房客,个人来说,我更倾向于找到“合格”房客,而非真正“高风险”的房客。真的高风险是不付房租,甚至找麻烦,讹诈。
