Sewer Line has a belly 求建议

出租房Sewer Line has a belly， 做了video camera， 一个plumber 建议一年snake通一次， 说belly是中等程度。 去年10月份通了一次， 发现租客在下水道里扔了paper towel。 和租客讲了不允许这样， 他要自己付费用。 今年1 月 又堵了， snake了，没有任何paper towel或不应该的东西，  两次通的时间只有2个月。 又找了一个plumber， 他看了video, 建议挖开修，估计7，000. 

大家有这样的经历吗？ 或者什么建议？

u can not correct bellying by snaking it...

you need to dig up and replace the pipe...

我有一个房子是这样

做几件事可以省七千：

1. Never dump grease into drains

2. Use one ply toilet papers only

3. Fill up a tub on the highest floor with hot waters, then flash. Do it every month.

你至少还可以坚持五年以上，甚至十年。十年以后卖了万事儿。

如果我是水管工，不做或不会做挖地三尺重新装那段下水道的，我也会说这还不算什么，每半年通一次就可以了？

7000是换整根管子还单单belly的部分？再找其他plumber估价

你这问题问的好！我看到大肚子的下水道，都是Clay Pipe，PVC应该不会出现大肚子，如果被树根拱起来，那就会断了！
