I'm sending you an email as this might be too long of a text message. We have had issues with the stove for the last 7-8 months. The most used buttons on the touch pad for the controls became very worn and shorted out. When Bob checked into replacing it, it was costly and the repair was too much tearing things apart for us to mess with. The temporary fix was to disconnect the one element that does the broiling, and we've done ok without that for a while now. We had problems on Thanksgiving cooking the turkey and realized the broiler element was needed for certain things so we are wanting to replace with another that's similar. Bob has spent a few days looking on FB marketplace and came across one yesterday, he went over and checked it out in person today. He says it looks very close to what we have, (with a couple of extra options) it's in great shape and the people are selling it because they've done remodeling and had to order a different size. It won't be available until Wednesday when their new stove is delivered. The cost is $150, I'm assuming that would save some $$ instead of buying brand new but if you'd prefer to purchase a new one instead of used, I understand. If we take care of it and purchase, pick up and install, we would just want to take the $150 we spend off of this months rent. I would send photos of the new one also.
