房东需要为房客clean the air duct 吗

新手房东请教大家个问题。最近房客要求我Clean the air duct, 说是换Air fitters 时灰尘太多。我查了一下，请人清理费用要$1200。你们说我必须要做吗？不必要的话怎样回复房客？先谢

看来是房客心疼换filter的钱。你每个月给他换一下
