Garage SLAB Leaking, need Reroute through Attic use Pex pipe

需要从左边Water HEATER 穿过 GRAGE 到右边的laundry room manifold （见图）

Hot water line, 大公司1600， 自己找的PLUMBER 1000

这种活， 是不是比较小， 随便找个小PLUMBER都差不多？怕漏水，多谢！

没有完全看懂，是不是under concrete slab 管道漏了

10几年前也发生过热水管道漏了，冬天一楼瓷砖地发热，先是修补了一条管道，从车库到厨房，记得花了2000多。后来repipe 整个house才6000上下。

临时的解决方案，可以用热水。 最终要走 ATTIC

我的问题是这活是不是PLUMBER都可以干，不难， 我找便宜的就可以了？

自己走阁楼不行吗？你不都已经把接口做好了吗？

I assume you have single story house.  All you need is to drill through the top plate of the wall.  You can just climb into the attic and drill, right? 

Make sure you have a drill extension because the top plate is kind of thick. 

 

 

补一个洞一定可以，replace 一根管道是否要city permit？
