第一阶段行动自如，生活自理，还有吃的胃口，外出旅游的向往，这一阶段里住哪儿都行，一窝两窝三窝，都没问题。
第二阶段行动不自如了，生活自理困难，能吃的享受少了，旅游走不动，这个阶段只能一个窝。我们前辈有些人在这个阶段的时间很久，需要发生前安排好住处。
以前不少人，可能现在还是，说要回国住养老院，高价月费，甚至需要买房产才能入户，在美国的人花得起，只是需要办永久居留。但是疫情来了之后，这样的安排有困难。
近10年发展起来的Silicon Beach，从Beverly Hills/Santa Monica 沿海一带往南，startup 不少，属于LA county。
