请教各位有Zillow经验的朋友，我孩子已买好机票下周末house hunting，准备要去湾区找apt住。但之前看好的房子大都off market了，不在本地住不容易找到心仪的房子。大家有什么好的办法？作为租客，Zillow 里面的房源及联系人是不是要看verified source才是真的？Zillow 提供的租客申请$29元30天内有效通常会被房东接受吗？
希望是在San Mateo附近但合适的studio/1bed太少了。因为house hunting 时间有限，Craigslist骗子太多，已经没有在它那里看房源了。
