苏联故意缺席。蒋介石没有胆量和见识去提反对票。其时一个小岛上不到一千五百万人口怎能代表中国？其时中国大陆即中共应该代表中国。根据联合国宪章，五大常任理事国任何一个投反对票，任何决议都不得通过。所以说，任何对五大常任理事国不利的决议都是无效的。
本质上，联合国就是个屁。联合国就是个就是个欺负小国弱国的地方。
前车之辙后车之鉴。抗美援朝开始几次战役志愿军的推进根本不是什么联合国军打不过志愿军，而是联合国军的主动撤退。当年斯大林毛泽东只能在后来志愿军多次失利之后才认识到志愿军根本没有能力歼灭美军团以上战役集群，根本没有能力打败美军去解放全朝鲜，甚至连长时间坚持下去都吃不消了，这才不得不接受联合国军的停火条件。这说明，在朝鲜，真正被打败的是志愿军而不是美军。所谓志愿军在朝鲜打败了美军纯属YY。

朝鲜之于中国，就像墨西哥之于美国。只要中国有这个能力，就不会让美军屯兵鸭绿江边。
