没合同算month to month。租金多少？市场价多少？

我都是提前60天通知租户涨租和续签事宜，限3天内确认yes or no。如果不回复我会发正式通知不续租，到期走人。

Notice of termination

serve a notice of termination,

you can evict after 30 days from the notice, if you did not deposit rent money.

If you deposited the rent money, there is a month-to-month lease, you have to wait until next rent period terminates, that's 7/31. then you can evict.

昨前天刚给两户涨了租。涨250的一口答应还感谢了我，涨150的跟我谈了战争爆发了房租该降了，不过还是接受涨租要续签一年。
