有什么区别，lock out 是房东收不回房子？

show cause basically is a delay strategy.

all side get together to do the same thing. Most time you still get the eviction confirmed, but the judge will give a few more days. 

In your case, the lock out is done, I don't think the judge can put the tenant back.
