怎么证明房子没有贷款？

正在买一个房子，贷款公司要我提交证明某房子没有贷款。本来我都没把这个房子填进去，但是他们一做title search就跑出来了。
以前做贷款出来没有人叫我证明这个。如果有贷款不是就会在credit report上面吗？不在上面就是没有贷款，我怎么证明我没欠别人钱？

随便一个房子的地址往zillow 搜一下，贷款多少，余额多少，一目了然

不知道zillow 是怎么知道人家房子贷款情况的

use your home insurance declaration page

Check your homeowner's insurance delaration page, there is one section called Mortgagee. If this section is left blank, it indicates that you have no mortgage for this property.

cash buy不排除后面去refinance

有title

如果后面去refinance了Lender会查出来，他们就要你提供最近的Mortgage Statement.

Credit Report上面有欠款的information.

要请律师查，然后律师出证明给贷款公司。

如果是近2年买的，可以给当时买房的HUD-1
