- Find owner's name from County or City - In this internet age, once you have the name, you can find his/her contact info using Whitepage (internet version), BeenVerified, or TransUnion. It's about $2-$5 per person. Or you could get it free from renters or PMs if one has a good communication skills.

谢谢你上一个帖子介绍很多路数。
不过打电话这个成功率太低吧,因为你找到的是物业管理,不是业主。当然你从村公所可以找到业主的名字,不过电话是没有的。
我就是用这个经纪,为我(也是他自己)工作10年了,需要REWARD他。
大部分经纪不值得跟他们打交道(90%以上).用鲁迅“祝福”里的话,是非馋即懒,或者是又馋又懒。。
麻省和费城缅因州的远程扔掉,本地的都是只进不出。
远程的都找它们当地的经纪。
其实本地的业绩好的经纪(listing agent)也就这么几个,多跟他们买几次,他们也知道你的能力和作风(不啰里八几),有好deal,他们反而会更加愿意给可以顺当过户的买家。
