Your neighbor of 10K acre of forest land. The scope of the easement might be that you are permitted to hunt on your neighbor's 10K acre of land. This doesn't mean you own those 10K acres, just that you have a special permission to use the 10K land under the scope of the easement.
The scope of easement is important. Utility easement means utility company can run wires or pipes on your property, but only wires and pipes. Access easement means the owner of easement can use the easement for access ONLY (driveway, not parking).
So without knowing the scope of your easement, it doesn't mean anything.
在卖一个祖上留下来的real estate, 意外发现10K acres的地,本来已经在escrow了,买家马上同意加1/3的价。
昨天却又发现这多出的10K,是easement,现在买家还不知道,准备马上告诉他们,不知结果会怎么样

是没有easement的,现在多了这个。
那主题estate该有多大啊?吓死我了!
县里登记一下。就算还有人用,这多出来的一万亩地(大佬家有多少地啊?随便就能多出一万亩地来)所有权还是你的,不是价值为零的,邻居也没有那么大的脚,进出要占全了这一万亩地的,一般进出的土路最多也就二三十尺宽,其他部分邻居是无权使用的
这个10K后代都不知道存在,现在进入escrow才知道
