我以前喜欢伐树和栽树,把院子里原来的几棵树砍掉,没预先申请hoa同意。还在院里栽了几棵木瓜树,也没申请hoa同意。他们给我发了无数次信,要求我补交申请。我嫌烦,把信扔了没照办。他们发了至少有五十次,我就是一声不吭。后来被告到violation law firm。我被要求交$265,并和hoa通过violation law firm协议。这下子hoa要求我干啥我就干啥,来来往往发了几十次信,我终于按照hoa的要求,交了四五个申请,陆续被批准。我按申请里写的,砍树,修树,铺碎树屑。前后折腾了半年多。终于算是都符合规定了,接下来hoa就给我cleared了。violation law firm除了收我$265的手续费外,还要收$1500左右的仲裁费,就算完事了。

一个出租房, 12 月份房客没有付租金, 赶走, 其中空了几周, 期间HOA 发信说不能看见垃圾桶, 要hearing。 发信到一个我已经卖了的房子, 和那个出租房, 房客看见不是他们的信, 没理会。
5 月份HOA把信发到了我现在居住地,罚款$1万。 赶紧跟它们联系, 说收到了邮局的退信。 然后我让他们发以前的旧信, 用了一周, 在我的催促下才发过来, 然后我马上纠正, 继续罚款, 我email问为啥我纠正了还要罚我款, 然后减了$5000。 我要求board member的名单和meeting, 一直不理我, 今天终于回信说没啥好谈的, 罚款final。就是不给board member listing
我想去small court demand board member 名单和waive 这罚款, 可行吗?

一般大家都是通情达理, miscommunication 而已。 如果真该罚 10,000, 减到 5000 也是不少了。

都会正式通知到每个homeowner注册地址。你去参加一次这样的会不就知道谁是board members,为什么要罚款$5000。
买的时候 律师交了HOA fee, 然后给了我每年HOA 付费的地址, 每年按时交了款。
他们说2 月份有收到邮局退信, 那么已经知道我没有收到他们的信, 同时他们查了我们LLC的地址, 送到了家里地址。
如果上庭, 法庭不是还需要提供serve notice, summon 的证据? 我没有收到信, 他们还不给board 名单, 不给联系, 合法吗?
我是否可以要求法庭
1。 给我board 名单
2。 audit HOA 账单
另外, 我一直跟它们email, 已收到他们email 过来的信, 当天就correct了, 他们还可以一直charge 下去?

我有电话email 记录, 一周跟他们沟通, 一直不理不睬, 一个多月了
说明我们不是故意的,马上整改,计划什么什么。。。。人家态度很好,记录下来了。
各种hoa 章程是 developer 定的。几年了,从来没有通知开什么会,让参选 board member 等等
躲着的肯定有猫腻
大部分HOA 都是垃圾卑鄙的家伙在把持, 直接打电话找经理臭骂一顿, 看下一步怎么办
