If you don’t need the money right away, I suggest

100% in SP500.  Your money grows faster this way.  I have always had 100% in SP500 for the past decades, besides real estate.  Comparing 100% SP500 vs. 70/30 with bonds, the difference can be quite big after twenty years.  Of course, your money your decision.  Good luck.

Agree. 有 pension, 有 rent income 拿 bond 做什么？
